February is not only Black History Month but it's Pancake Month too.
The Clinton Street Baking Company ( On Clinton St. between Houston and Stanton) voted best pancakes by NY Magazine will feature different flavored pancakes every few days all month long.
YUM YUM YUM. Highlights include poached pear with pecan streusal and warm maple caramel and fresh coconut pancaked with pineapple and macadamia nuts.
